Job Title: Senior Training Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of training programs, as well as providing guidance and support to trainers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in creating and delivering training content. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our staff and stakeholders.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to staff, using a variety of methods and formats.
  • Trainer Support: Provide guidance and support to trainers, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Ability to design and deliver training content using a variety of methods and formats
  • Experience working with adults in a training or educational setting
