About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Solutions & Managed Services Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering tailored NetSuite solutions that align with clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements and translate them into customized NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead NetSuite integration projects, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Support client NetSuite environments, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop customized reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches to provide actionable business insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in ERP consulting, NetSuite administration, or managed services roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client business needs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create detailed business process documentation, SOPs, and case studies.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements, including new implementations and long-term managed services.
