Job Overview

The Managed Services Product Manager role involves overseeing the development, delivery, and performance of non-network managed services leveraging a diverse vendor portfolio.

This position requires strong experience managing vendor and distributor relationships, with a proven ability to negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing to drive business value.

Key responsibilities include building and managing strategic relationships with key vendors and distributors, owning the full product lifecycle for managed services, and designing and integrating scalable, vendor-aligned services.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, with experience improving service quality and handling escalations. They will also possess financial acumen in pricing models, budgeting, and cost optimization.

Additionally, they will be able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support teams, and have experience tracking KPIs, producing reports, and leading vendor QBRs.

Requirements For Success

  • Strong experience managing vendor and distributor relationships.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing to drive business value.
  • Background in product lifecycle management, especially across networking, cloud, UCaaS, and IoT solutions.
  • Skills in service design, operational integration, and creating scalable frameworks.
  • Financial acumen in pricing models, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Customer-first mindset with experience improving service quality and handling escalations.
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and vendor security assessments.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support.
