You will be responsible for providing expert technical support, conducting onsite troubleshooting, and maintaining internal company assets such as MacBooks and iPads. Your ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Provide expert technical support and guide customers in troubleshooting and using StoreHub products effectively.
  • Conduct scheduled onsite visits to customer locations to address complex issues (minimum 60 visits per month).
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting site visits, findings, and solutions, supported by relevant photos.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in leading a team of field service technicians.
  2. Proficiency in hardware setup and network connection fundamentals (LAN, WAN, WiFi).
  3. Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills to prepare reports with root cause analysis.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to travel and conduct multiple onsite visits each month.
