Mid-Senior Level UX/UI Designer

Our ideal candidate will be part of a team that focuses on creating revolutionary digital experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Turning research insights and client business goals into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI assets that align with growth objectives.
  • Applying design thinking to ensure usability, accessibility (AODA/WCAG compliance), and intuitive functionality across websites and digital products.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences for small and mid-sized business clients.
  • Building interactive prototypes that clearly communicate flows, interactions, and user journeys for client approval and development alignment.
  • Working closely with front-end teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs, guiding implementation through launch.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in an agency or product environment; industry experience in digital agencies or SMB-focused solutions strongly preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with strong familiarity in Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools.
  • A solid understanding of responsive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to work remotely across time zones and deliver in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
