Executive Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and data entry.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role in any industry.
  • Candidates with BPO experience are an advantage.
  • A high level of spoken and written business English.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
