Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager, focusing on AI Safety Services. This role will be responsible for generating pipeline, accelerating deals, and cementing our position as the trusted voice of safe AI.

This individual will own field and account-based marketing programs, partnering with Sales and Product to craft messaging, define target lists, and orchestrate multi-touch sequences. They will manage event calendars, including budgeting, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services, owning programs end-to-end. They should have a proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.

The successful candidate will possess excellent collaboration skills, working closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations in a fast-paced environment. They should be familiar with Salesforce and project management tools like Asana.

Key responsibilities include campaign and event ownership from ideation through post-mortem, compelling copywriting, and data-driven decision making. The individual should be comfortable building dashboards, slicing funnel data, and acting on insights.

Project and stakeholder management are also crucial, requiring adaptability and the ability to thrive amid shifting requirements, tight timelines, and ambiguous asks.

Nice to have: marketing experience to AI or engineering personas, knowledge of GenAI/AI safety concepts, or experience with vertical/industry playbooks.
