We're seeking a highly skilled Landing Page Designer to design high-converting, user-friendly landing pages using Figma and Replo.

Key Responsibilities

Landing Page Design

  • Design conversion-focused landing pages for direct-to-consumer brands according to defined roadmaps and stated strategic goals.
  • Implement responsive design principles for a seamless user experience across all devices.
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends and gather inspiration for pages.

Platform Utilization

  • Use, maintain, and contribute new components to brands' design systems in Figma.
  • Assist developers by reviewing and editing pages in Replo (landing page building software).

A/B Testing & Optimization

  • Utilize results from A/B testing to make informed decisions about future designs.
  • Implement iterative changes to optimize performance quickly.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align landing page design with campaign goals.
  • Clearly communicate design concepts and optimization strategies to stakeholders.

Experience

  • 1+ years in web design, with a focus on landing page creation and optimization.
  • Maintaining Figma libraries is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and comfort analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of Replo, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus.
