Revenue Cycle Consultant

The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to deliver a suite of revenue cycle technology solutions, encompassing hospital and professional fee front-end patient access workflow, patient accounting workflow, and denials management workflow.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement process improvements, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Translate technical documentation into pseudocode, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results, applying problem-solving skills to drive resolution.
  • Work with large datasets to identify improvement opportunities, presenting actionable insights to the project team.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients utilizing our revenue cycle products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs, gathering supporting technical documentation to ensure accurate issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications and document business rules and technical processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server, with a desire to expand capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload, work effectively with minimal supervision, and concurrently manage multiple projects with various teams.
