Lead Luxury Interior Designer & 3D Visualiser Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Luxury Interior Designer and 3D Visualiser to spearhead the design excellence and visual storytelling for our high-end property projects. Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design concepts for luxury interiors, including full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds. You will produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs using industry-leading software, create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes, and collaborate directly with our team to ensure on-budget, buildable designs.

  • Design and deliver luxury interior concepts for high-end property projects
  • Produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, and Twinmotion
  • Create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure on-budget, buildable designs
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven background in interior design with a strong 3D visualization portfolio
  • Mastery of SketchUp (Essential), plus V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape
  • Passion for luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow
  • Strong project ownership, time management, and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign

Bonus Points For:

If you have experience with London homes, HMOs, or high-end refurbishments, familiarity with Revit, Twinmotion, or Canva, architectural/technical drawing ability, or UK construction or materials knowledge, these will be highly valued.

  • 3D Design & Rendering: SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion
  • Technical Drawings: AutoCAD, Revit
  • Design & Presentation: Photoshop, InDesign, Canva
  • Project Management: Google Sheets, Excel, Monday.com
