Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled designer who is fluent in English and Mandarin to work on luxury residential interior design projects.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with lead designers to develop and execute high-end interior design projects.

You will be responsible for creating presentations using Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Google Suite, as well as drafting layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.

Additionally, you will conduct virtual design consultations and communicate design ideas to clients in both English and Mandarin.

Other key responsibilities include sourcing furnishings, finishes, and materials, translating design concepts into actionable visual and written materials, and tracking project progress.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and 3-5+ years of experience in interior design.

They should be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Docs, and familiar with Imperial and Metric systems and U.S. design/building standards.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

They should also have a strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to communicate design intent clearly across languages.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of interior design experience, preferably with luxury or high-end residential projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Docs
  • Familiarity with Imperial and Metric systems and U.S. design/building standards
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to communicate design intent clearly across languages
