Senior Interior Designer & 3D Visualization Expert

This is a unique opportunity to lead design excellence and visual storytelling for high-end property projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead design concepts for luxury interiors, including full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds.
  • Produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs using industry-standard software like SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray.
  • Create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes to enhance the design process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director and site team to ensure on-budget, buildable designs that meet client expectations.
  • Attend occasional client meetings and site visits (virtually or in person) to provide updates and insights.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations that effectively communicate design ideas and value to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualization skills.
  • Mastery of SketchUp, plus proficiency in V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
  • Passion for luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow.
  • Strong project ownership, time management, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign to support the design process.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on London homes, HMOs, or high-end refurbishments.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Twinmotion, or Canva to enhance design capabilities.
  • Architectural/technical drawing ability to complement design expertise.
  • Knowledge of UK construction or materials to inform design decisions.
Tools and Software:
  • 3D Design & Rendering: SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscene, Lumion, Twinmotion.
  • Technical Drawings: AutoCAD, Revit.
  • Design & Presentation: Photoshop, InDesign, Canva.
  • Project Management: Google Sheets, Excel, Monday.com.
