Job Description:

As a Director of Project Management, you will oversee complex projects and lead diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
  • Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Project management certification (PMP)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management software (MS Project, MS Office, Excel)
