
Senior Customer Experience Associate

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying deadlines and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- To communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries within service level agreements (SLAs)
- To escalate issues to internal teams for investigation and resolution
- To develop expertise in all aspects of B2C products, systems, and processes
- To identify trending issues and escalate concerns for improvement
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2C
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with general operations in financial services/FinTech
- Working knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM software
- Understanding of KYC and/or AML principles
