Investment Support Associate Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global fintech startup and be part of their fast-growing customer support team. As an Investment Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have the best possible experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via email or Zendesk
  • Solving complex customer queries and escalating issues when necessary
  • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting process enhancements

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and deliver high-quality results.

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge or interest in investing in the share market
  • Ability to understand financial statements and investment terminologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
  • Results-driven and problem-solving mindset
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
  • Previous experience in customer support and subscription-based software
  • Experience with payment tools like Stripe
