Job Description:

We are seeking an administrative professional to manage employee data, coordinate with carriers, and ensure the accuracy of benefits enrollment.

As an Admin Assistant, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless benefits experience for employees by processing eligibility changes, sending enrollments, and performing data entry in various carrier systems.

You will also audit internal systems against carrier invoices for accuracy and coordinate with carriers and internal systems to develop and maintain connections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College undergraduate or graduate degree
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems and employee benefits administration
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
  • Familiarity with various carrier systems and portals
  • Strong communication skills across email, phone, and fax
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
