Static Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Static Data Specialist to manage and maintain static data for clients, funds, brokers, and custodians.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, preferably in static data or middle office operations.

  • Manage and maintain static data for clients, funds, brokers, and custodians.
  • Support new client onboarding and fund decommissioning.
  • Handle high-level investigations and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with global teams and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Static Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date static data for all clients, funds, brokers, and custodians.
  • New Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new clients, including collecting and verifying required documentation.
  • Fund Decommissioning: Assist in the decommissioning of inactive funds, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to prevent errors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and implement changes to regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in static data or middle office operations.
  • Strong knowledge of listed securities, money markets, and derivatives.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messages (MT54X, MT3XX, MT202, MT210, MT103).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones (APAC, EMEA, Americas).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
