The Phone and Chat Agent - Spanish Speaker position is designed for individuals with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. As a representative of EXL Service Philippines, Inc., you will provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients. You will work as part of a team to deliver seamless support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, analyzing and resolving their issues. You will escalate calls to the next level when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution. Additionally, you will work with the team to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
