Key Aspects of the Role

As a seasoned analytical professional, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive underwriting and financial modeling to support real estate acquisitions and dispositions. This role requires meticulous research and analysis of property trends, rental rates, absorption, and vacancy data.

You will participate in site visits and tours to assess investment potential and collaborate with cross-functional teams on investor relations, capital markets, and property management.

  • Conduct detailed underwriting, financial modeling, and market research for acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Analyze property trends, rental rates, absorption, and vacancy data.
  • Participate in property tours and site visits to assess investment potential.
  • Develop offering memorandums, investment decks, and internal presentation materials.
  • Support investment committee meetings through data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investor relations, capital markets, and property management.
  • Source and negotiate debt or equity financing for real estate projects.
  • Review property operating statements, budgets, and financial benchmarks.
  • Research macroeconomic and property-specific data to support investment decisions.
  • Engage with industry professionals during market visits.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to foster relationships.
  • Handle outbound calls to gather market intelligence or coordinate due diligence.
Essential Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with industry professionals.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
