Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to shape the player experience and foster engagement with our online casino brand.

This key role involves developing and implementing a community management strategy aligned with brand goals and player engagement metrics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, monitoring community sentiment, and moderating discussions to ensure a safe, respectful, and brand-positive environment.

  • Create engaging content, promotions, and events tailored to online casino audiences.
  • Act as the liaison between the player community and internal teams to ensure feedback is heard and addressed.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on community engagement, sentiment, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of proven experience in community management or social media management in the online casino industry. A strong background in content planning, copywriting, and engagement strategies tailored to digital audiences is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this position. The ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
