Job Description:

The Senior Product Strategist will be responsible for managing and aligning technical and non-technical leaders to define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies within the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the team to understand organizational and operational challenges.
  • Develop and manage processes to ensure efficient plans that meet business requirements.
  • Establish project success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance).
  • Guide overall software development efforts and provide structural guidance.
  • Work with senior management to create product and project management plans.
  • Makes creative recommendations to expand product vision and base.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Coordinates internal and external resources to keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Achieve team empowerment through organizing workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define hypotheses, run experiments, and analyze data for feature decisions.
  • Utilize agile product management software to organize product roadmaps into epics, stories, and sprint plans.
  • Drive product strategy, planning, and delivery of key capabilities.
  • Conduct business analysis to interpret market changes and guide product direction.
  • Lead ideation, design, and planning of the product; monitors and reports on product KPIs.
  • Manage product backlog and feature prioritization effectively.
  • Execute product development activities and supports sprint objectives.
  • Specify and communicate requirements for current and future products.
  • Monitor feature outcomes and iterates as necessary.
  • Demonstrate a versatile understanding of technology, digital products, and services.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the related field.
  • Managerial experience in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
