Remote Business Intelligence Developer

The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and performance metrics that drive strategic decision-making.
- Design and develop dashboards to visualize key business metrics.
- Create and maintain KPI reports using advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
- Maintain and update existing reports based on evolving business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools.
- Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Dashboard creation
- Pivot tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Conditional formatting
- Advanced formulas and macros
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
