About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for managing our client's social media presence. Your tasks will include creating engaging content, developing a content calendar, and identifying suitable channels. You will also be required to translate complex freight forwarding concepts into easy-to-understand posts for potential clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
  • Develop a social media strategy aligned with our brand and sales objectives.
  • Create a content calendar focused on client acquisition, thought leadership, and brand trust.
  • Select the right channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and industry groups).
Content Creation & Execution
  • Design and post engaging social content: industry updates, service highlights, case studies, client testimonials, infographics, and videos.
  • Capture freight forwarding expertise (e.g., customs clearance, import/export compliance, shipment tracking) in an easily digestible format for potential clients.
  • Use storytelling to showcase our success, client wins, and service reliability.
Engagement & Community Management
  • Interact with followers, prospective clients, and industry leaders online.
  • Monitor mentions, comments, and direct inquiries; respond promptly.
  • Participate in logistics-related conversations, LinkedIn groups, and communities to enhance brand visibility.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Track performance across platforms: impressions, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Provide monthly reports to our team on campaign performance.
  • Adjust posting schedules, formats, and messaging based on analytics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of social media experience (B2B preferred).
  • Familiarity with freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.

Social Media Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms for business growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.
