Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Role

The FP&A Analyst is a critical member of our planning and decision-making team. This individual plays a key role in supporting strategic initiatives by providing accurate and timely financial data, building robust financial models, and analyzing complex data sets to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality financial reports with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting tools and templates to ensure seamless data analysis.
  • Reconcile financial data between systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create compelling presentation decks that highlight key findings and recommendations.
  • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects and business cases, leveraging strong analytical skills and expertise.
Required Skills and Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to QuickBooks Online and Power BI highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
