Job Title: Leasing Manager

This is a key role responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, securing qualified tenants, and ensuring a seamless experience for all prospective residents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing & Marketing:
    • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to attract high-quality tenants for vacant units.
    • Manage online listings, respond promptly to inquiries, and conduct virtual or in-person property tours.
    • Follow up with prospective tenants to guide them through the leasing pipeline.
  • Tenant Screening & Application Processing:
    • Process rental applications, including conducting background checks, credit checks, and verifying employment and rental history.
    • Ensure strict compliance with fair housing laws and company policies during screening processes.
  • Lease Administration:
    • Prepare, negotiate, and execute lease agreements with precision.
    • Proactively manage lease renewals by reaching out to current residents to secure renewals.
  • Reporting & Market Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in our property management system.
    • Compile regular reports on leasing traffic, occupancy rates, and market trends.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to ensure competitive rental rates.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current tenants.
    • Address questions and concerns from prospective tenants in a professional and timely manner.
