We are seeking a talented Data Scientist III to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our business intelligence capabilities.

This position contributes to the company mission by driving ETL process innovation, report development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions that drive business value.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transfer to new formats, providing in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns.
  • They will communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way, collaborate with leaders and stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs.
  • The Data Scientist III will design and optimize data pipelines with data engineers, lead the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration.
  • They will also design and develop sophisticated, highly interactive reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools, enforcing comprehensive data governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Additionally, they will align BI strategies with overall business goals with executive leadership, identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and optimization in BI processes.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube, and Report design/development, and data modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD.
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, rigorous, detail-oriented, and critical thinker.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in Snowpipe development preferred.
