Job Description

Satellite Office is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a high level of quality service to customers and employees to maintain the reputation of Satellite Office in the Australian market.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Utilize client systems to update and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer information and adhere to department policies.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to address any issues requiring communication.

Requirements

  • Experience in a call centre environment, including incoming and outgoing call experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional speaking voice.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to multi-task efficiently.
