**Job Summary:**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding services, product features, pricing, and maintenance.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Process service requests, orders, and account modifications efficiently.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings or presentations with clients when necessary to demonstrate product features, provide consultations, or discuss service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional face-to-face meetings and presentations.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally when required for meetings or presentations.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
