Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive product category growth.
  • Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Design and implement marketing programs for new product launches and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and monitoring.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Creative, Media, PR/Digital Agencies, Corporate Media, and Research for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Provide timely sales information for monthly business reviews.
  • Evaluate compliance with marketing policies and brand visual identity.
  • Analyze reports on competitor pricing and product performance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Brand Management (specifically New Product Development/Product Innovation), Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility assigned in Ortigas, Pasig.
