Job Description
  • The primary goal of this role is to implement technical solutions to meet client needs, in accordance with agreed-upon designs.
  • Occasionally responsible for providing detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
  • Understands a broad spectrum of company technology to provide part or all of the detailed technical design that meets customer requirements.
  • Liaises with Solutions Architects as appropriate.
  • Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to defined business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small to medium-sized technical projects, working under the direction of Project/Technical Managers and collaborating with customer-nominated representatives.
  • Conduct oral status meetings with clients on small to medium-sized engagements, ensuring effective communication and project progress updates.
  • Translate complex technical details into concise written form, creating relevant components of proposal documents (e.g., answering specific RFP questions).
Mandatory Skills Description
  • Has at least 7 years of SAP MM experience, possessing an advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
  • Flexible to be assigned to any work shift, including Americas/NALA and ANZ shifts.
