Key Job Role

This position is responsible for leading the technical delivery of Market Management Systems (MMS) solutions, ensuring contractual commitments are met and supporting customer implementations across various regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
  • Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • No less than 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, particularly in the electrical utility industry.
  • Familiarity with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS is necessary.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is an asset.
