Job Description

Applicants for this position must have experience as a Senior Quality Engineer, specifically in change management and communicating product change notifications (PCNs) to external clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Perform day-to-day responsibilities related to product change notifications (PCN) and change management.
  • Ensure internal compliance with established change management policies.
  • Review and approve changes associated with change management and PCNs.
  • Oversee automation initiatives to optimize change management and PCN processes.
  • Collaborate with direct reports to plan and oversee training, implement process enhancements and automation, maintain effective client communications, and educate internal stakeholders on automation and process improvements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for change management and PCNs.
