Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies for innovative building projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive energy compliance reports using industry-standard tools and software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MEP/FP design engineers, clients, and other consultants to ensure alignment with green building goals.
  • Design and develop documentation for LEED and WELL projects.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve complex engineering problems using industry standards and calculations.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in energy design with an MEP/FP engineering consultant.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with energy calculations and ability to obtain LEED BD+C or ID+C credentials.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft 360, with knowledge of MEP engineering principles.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments with focus on efficiency.
