We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers across various channels, including inbound calls, outreach, email, live chat, and social media.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently on the first contact.
- Follow up with commitments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete managerial requests and contribute to the improvement of our service experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in computer applications.
- Typing speed: 45 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and high energy level.
Education and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience required.
