About us
Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated bookkeeper to support our growing organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment processing, GL coding, vendor maintenance, and record-keeping.
- Build strong relationships across departments by resolving billing and payment issues in a timely manner.
- Process corporate credit cards according to internal policies and controls.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close activities and prepare reports as requested by senior management.
- Review and audit credit card statements and charges to ensure accuracy.
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase efficiency and cost reductions.
- Liaise between business units to ensure sales commissions are processed on time.
- Support ad-hoc projects and analysis, focusing on marketing research, competitive intelligence, and other areas as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, marketing research, and email marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Additionally, they should have at least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with QuickBooks. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and organize effectively.
