Financial Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial data entry, managing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy in QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Financial Data: Oversee the accurate input of financial data into QuickBooks, including purchase orders (POs) and invoices.
  • Compile Reports: Generate regular financial reports, statements, and summaries as requested by management or clients.
  • Organize Finances: Utilize QuickBooks to organize and manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile Bills: Reconcile bills and invoices with accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial management or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant field).
  • Experience with reconciling bills and accounts payable processes.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
