Job Title:

Senior Financial Administrator


About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive financial professional to manage our organization's accounts payable cycle, vendor relationships, and general record-keeping.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process full accounts payable cycle including invoice and payment processing, GL coding, vendor maintenance, and general record-keeping
  • Build strong working relationships across departments by managing billing and payment issues with timely resolution
  • Process corporate credit cards according to established policies and controls
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close activities and prepare additional reports as requested
  • Review and audit credit card statements and charges to ensure accuracy

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (a plus)
  • At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience (with QuickBooks experience required)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and organize effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)

  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor or equivalent
