Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Call Center/ CSR Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and provide important information/ assistance to clients
  • Check mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicate with customers on the phone or using written correspondence to address concerns
  • Answer participant questions, as well as engage in discussions to ensure a clear understanding of critical information being asked
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • No prior experience is necessary for this role; we welcome candidates who have completed college
  • Candidates with BPO experience may also be considered
  • Excellent to above-average English communication skills are essential
  • Onsite work is required and candidates should be willing to travel within a 25-35km radius of the location
