We are looking for a skilled Workforce Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in workforce management, with expertise in implementing effective forecasting, scheduling, and staffing systems.

This role involves creating schedules for personnel, identifying workforce concerns through data analysis, preparing reports on business specifications, and suggesting ways to improve staff efficiency while reducing expenses and increasing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing optimized workforce strategies
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on CS KPIs and metrics

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php35,000 to Php45,000 per month, along with government-mandated benefits, HMO, sick leave credits, vacation leave credits, and flexible work arrangements.
