About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for making informed decisions regarding workforce planning and optimization. You will work closely with our management team to develop strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create schedules for personnel to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Analyze data to identify workforce concerns and develop actionable insights
  • Prepare reports on various key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in workforce management or a related field
  • Proven ability to implement effective forecasting, scheduling, and staffing systems
