Job Title

The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The PMO Head oversees all projects and is responsible for tracking, monitoring, and overseeing project progress.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing project management services to critical projects. This includes playing an end-to-end project manager role, assisting the project lead, and supporting office initiatives implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and closure
  • Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or Computer Science
  • PMP, PMI ACP certifications
  • Knowledge of AgilePM, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean methodologies
  • Proficiency in using project management software
  • Experience in scheduling projects using Gantt charts
  • Strong cost management and budgeting skills
