About This Role

We are seeking a diligent and organized professional to oversee the management of our properties. The Virtual Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain strong rapport with clients through prompt communication and issue resolution.
  • New Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of new properties into our systems and provide timely updates to property owners.
  • Lease Renewals: Monitor and manage lease renewals to minimize vacancies.
  • Maintenance: Oversee vendor assignments, ensure successful completion of tasks, and facilitate billing processes.
  • Tenant Management: Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, and lease enforcement procedures.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
