Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position involves handling inbound and outbound customer service initiatives for a diverse portfolio of well-known clients.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner, and promoting new products and services to existing customers.

  • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Prior experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • A typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • High-speed internet connection and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
