Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Spanish Bilingual Call Center Associate. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support to clients in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and providing assistance through various channels, including phone, email, and chat services. Key skills include customer service orientation, empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and resolve any concerns
  • Research systems to obtain missing information as necessary; collaborate with other departments to address issues when required
  • Adhere to established processes and perform tasks in a courteous and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete tasks efficiently
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Access knowledge base and training to accurately respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Escalate customer concerns to managerial staff as needed
  • Ensure effective problem-solving and call handling to achieve first call resolution
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge, systems, and processes
  • Meet attendance and work schedule requirements
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to meet company needs.
