  • Employ effective problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues on the first call, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Research and retrieve relevant information across systems to meet customer needs.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims to maintain seamless communication.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions, providing personalized support.
  • Familiarize yourself with scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately, adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for prompt resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge to ensure optimal performance.
  • Meet attendance requirements and adhere to scheduling demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • An organized, quiet workspace
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working from home
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Multitasking and self-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
