Customer Experience Representative Role

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior call center experience is necessary.
  • Strong command of the English language is essential.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM is required.

Physical Requirements:
