Customer Experience Professional

  • We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient resolution of customer tickets, calls, and queries related to the HR Platform.

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is paramount in this role. Key responsibilities include responding to and resolving customer tickets in a timely manner, assisting customers with best practice system use and education, and proactively analysing product functionality and identifying user errors and root causes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously. Additionally, prior experience in SaaS customer experience environments and relevant Australian payroll experience are highly desirable.

Key Requirements:
