Job Summary

A seasoned property management professional is sought to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of property management and bookkeeping principles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in rent collection, lease enforcement, and financial reporting using Rent Manager software. They will be responsible for managing maintenance, vendor relationships, and tenant inquiries, while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Rent Collection and Lease Enforcement: Manage rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments using Rent Manager.
  • Financial Reporting: Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports through Rent Manager.
  • Maintenance and Vendor Management: Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
  • Tenant Relations: Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
  • Skill: Strong proficiency in Rent Manager software.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
  • Skills: Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
