Job Description

A healthcare account call center job typically involves handling customer inquiries and providing support related to healthcare services, insurance, and billing, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering Inbound Calls: Responding to customer inquiries about healthcare services, insurance plans, eligibility, and benefits.
  • Providing Information: Offering accurate and helpful information about healthcare products, services, and policies.
  • Resolving Issues: Assisting customers with billing inquiries, claims processing, and other healthcare-related problems.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Helping patients schedule appointments with doctors and other healthcare providers.
  • Verifying Insurance Information: Confirming patient insurance details and coverage.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information.
  • Following Protocols: Adhering to established scripts, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Handling Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or other necessary actions.
Requirements
  • College Graduate (any course)
  • With or without Call Center Experience
  • Updated Resume (Required)
  • Virtual process via MS Team
