Job Title: Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and system-driven professional to oversee the day-to-day execution of workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions within our department.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accountability, and operational structure within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Management:
- Oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure completion of all assigned tasks.
- Maintenance and implementation of operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support.
- Monitoring and updating project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines.
- Identification and resolution of blockers that delay task execution.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervision and mentorship of team members, including Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants.
- Assignment of daily workloads, monitoring of completion rates, and tracking of attendance.
- Leadership of onboarding and training for new team members.
- Conducting performance check-ins and submission of evaluations to HR as required.
- Cross-Department Coordination:
- Collaboration with other teams to ensure timely task handoffs.
- Facilitation of communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables.
- Flagging of operational concerns or task delays to the appropriate manager.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Verification of payroll data such as attendance, deliverable completion, and daily check-ins.
- Maintenance of department calendars, trackers, and communication logs.
- Provision of weekly operations updates and reporting on team task completion rates.
- Ensurance of compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices.
